Edwards Executive Consulting is a privately owned Australian company specialising in wealth management recruitment. The company was established in early 2009 by Tanya Edwards. In mid-2009, Anna Finch joined the company as a 50% shareholder and business partner. Together they bring more than 20 years of wealth management experience to their clients.

With experience in building and managing teams themselves, Tanya and Anna provide a level of maturity to the recruitment process, which further enhances their technical knowledge of the wealth management sector and the complexities surrounding it.

Tanya and Anna have worked closely together for the past 6 years prior to forming a business partnership. They share a similar work ethic and client service philosophy, sharing the same client base for many years. By working together on the majority of assignments, they are able to provide a higher level of commitment and focus to their clients.

Leveraging each other’s networks, they are able to quickly search the market to source the most appropriate candidates. The wealth management roles they recruit for are often very technical in nature and typically “hard to fill”. Clients have two senior points of contact at all times.

Amongst their client base are several onsite recruitment teams. Edwards Executive Consulting have built loyal partnerships with these teams, which are based on trust and results.
