Known as a recruitment partner that goes the extra mile on the most difficult assignments, our mission is to display a superior level of commitment at all times, providing the optimal result possible. To ensure our clients trust the results we deliver are excellent at all times, we exhaust all avenues before delivery of a shortlist.

Our reputation and commitment to excellence for our clients is what drives us. We will decline taking on additional assignments if doing so would jeopardise the quality of assignments we are currently working on.

Transparency

Edwards Executive believes in sharing an open and honest relationship with our clients. We offer transparency concerning our market research activities, including which companies are “out of bounds” due to our client relationships.

We will not proactively search from our clients. As we only work with a handful of clients from each wealth management sector, we are able to provide a large pool of candidates for each search. In addition, our understanding of online media capabilities has proven a valuable asset to our clients when researching the market. We ensure our knowledge is kept up-to-date so each search is maximised.

Fast results

Our goal is to produce results for our clients in the quickest timeframe possible. Most searches are completed within 4-6 weeks. Our communication to clients throughout the process is second to none, with weekly progress reports in writing and a level of verbal communication agreed to at the commencement of an assignment.
