Positioned for substantial growth they are seeking an experienced individual to join their team and focus on project managing and facilitating compliance and regulatory changes, managing due diligence processes and the rolling of disclosure and regulated documents.

As part of the product & marketing team, you will work very closely with compliance, legal and external superannuation experts in facilitating this due diligence process.  A key role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate compliance & regulatory changes across the business
• Monitoring and communicating disclosure requirements
• Project manage the rolling reviews and updates of PDS documents
• Coordinate legal sign off of member communication documents
• Provide change control for legislation policy and process re regulated documents
• Work on various adhoc projects requiring superannuation technical expertise

This is an excellent opportunity for a self driven individual with previous experience in a technical superannuation role ie PDS manager, regulatory specialist/analyst, technical manager or similar to join a successful team with a fantastic culture. Successful applicants will display strong interpersonal skills and be technically very competent in superannuation.  You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight timeframes. Most importantly you will be client focussed, personable and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
