Tanya Edwards is an experienced executive search consultant, specialising in the wealth management sector. Prior to recruitment, Tanya had a successful career in financial services spanning 10 years with several companies, including MLC and AMP. She worked across various divisions including, financial planning, retail wealth management, corporate superannuation and institutional wealth management. Her roles included Defined Benefit/Master-Trust Fund Administration, Assistant Manager - Investment Operations and Manager, Insurance & Investment Services.
Tanya moved into executive recruitment over 10 years ago, combining her detailed technical knowledge of wealth management with her interest in human resources and psychology.
Tanya has built several recruitment teams from a start-up position for several large recruitment companies, whilst always specialising on wealth management clients herself.
